To all of you returning members of the PFFL, your sign up deadline is going to be Super Bowl Sunday at midnight. Whether you are in Tier-1 or Tier-2 for 2011, we will only hold your spot until Super Bowl Sunday, after which we'll give Tier-1 spots away to Tier-2 folks, and we'll give Tier-2 spots away to new signups. We've already got a growing list of people itching for your spot, so don't wait! Get signed up now and reserve your spot for 2011.
Also, if you have prize money you won in 2010 sitting in your account, you can apply that to your entry fee now for 2011 -- all you need to do is drop me a line and I'll send you my PayPal details so you can just pay directly (Entry Fee minus winnings).
For you Tier-2 folks out there, one common question is, "which league will I be in?" What we're going to do is a little reshuffle of all the leagues -- our preference is to get as many people that know each other as possible into each league, and then we'll try to at least organize by geography a bit from there. Once we get Tier-2 all filled up, we'll start organizing the four leagues. Easy stuff - let me know if you're interested or just pick that option when you sign up.
If you are interested in owning more than one team, you can do that as well -- you can have one team per Tier that you are eligible for, so if you are in Tier-1 you could theoretically have 3 teams, or if you are in Tier-2 you could have two teams.
Now, once you sign up you can start earning money by referring friends to the league ($5 per person) and there's no limit to how many people you can refer. We'll also have a prize each month all-offseason long, where the person that signs up the most people for that month will win a $25 monthly prize. All referral rewards will be credited to your account, and you can either leave that in the bank to apply towards 2011, or if you want to cash out I'll just need your PayPal account details and I'll send you the dough. We'll do that just before the 2011 season starts.
